Third spaces are created with the introduction of a new public park and adjacent amphitheater tucked into the building on Market street. A 5-star hotel and upscale retail spaces. The residential lobbies that take you to your luxury apartment are tucked into the central laneway created by the heaved volume of the building above. And the center of commerce anchors the corner of the prominent Collins and William.
Optimizing the Amenity for Each Unique Program
Each of the residences takes advantage of the expansive riverfront views with the open air terraces. These texture of these stepped terraces defines the southern elevation and the presence of the overall building on the Melbourne skyline.
