Some projects drift. A concept gets diluted through design reviews. A budget gets cut in the wrong places. A schedule slips and the original logic falls apart.

Some projects stall entirely - permitting failure, investor restructuring, an operator withdrawal - and need to be re-conceived from the ground up before they can move forward.

Project Recovery is a structured diagnostic and remediation for projects that have lost coherence between original intent and current trajectory.

The work begins with an honest assessment: what was the project supposed to be, where is it now, what is salvageable, and what needs to change.

The output is a remediation roadmap — a clear, prioritized set of decisions and actions that defines the path from current state to a viable, coherent project, containing:

  • The Assessment: current state versus original intent; what is salvageable; root cause analysis of drift or failure.  Duration: 10 days
  • The Roadmap: prioritized decisions and actions to restore coherence and viability; sequenced by urgency and dependency. Duration: 3–4 weeks
